Birmingham, Alabama Earth Day program offers free vehicle emission tests
Vehicle owners can get free emissions checked on Earth Day, Wednesday, at Vulcan Park, and owners of vehicles up to 10 years old can receive up to 80 percent of the cost of repairs to the system if a fault is found. MORE
No emissions tests are currently scheduled. Testing will return in March.
